Console
What the Soniox Console is, how organizations and projects fit together, and where to find each setting.
The Soniox Console is where you manage your Soniox account. Use it to create API keys, invite your team, try models in the playground, watch usage, set spending limits, and pay your bills.
How the Console is organized
Everything in the Console belongs to one of three levels:
- Account: you, the person who signs in. Your account holds your name, email, password, and two-factor settings.
- Organization: your company or team. It holds members, billing, limits, and security settings. One account can belong to several organizations.
- Project: a workspace inside an organization. It holds API keys, usage, and the files and transcripts your requests create. Each project runs in one region.
When you sign up, Soniox creates an organization for you. You are its first Admin.
Where to find things
The sidebar has an Organization section and a Project section. Switch between organizations and projects at the top of the page.

Contact email
Each organization has a contact email. Soniox sends important messages about the organization there, such as when you reach a monthly usage limit or get an answer to a limit increase request. You can change it, and the organization's name, under Organization > Settings, if your role allows it.
Use an address your team reads, such as a shared inbox, so the messages don't get lost when someone leaves.
